I love pirates. I'm not so sure that i would really want to be one as usually man's worst side gets the best of him in the case of pirates. But wouldn't it be awesome if all pirates were honorable?
If i was a pirate I would be an honorable man. A man with no ties to any authority except that which he chooses. I would be free to sail the seas and explore wherever I wanted. I would probably not be a very good pirate as I would not take from the innocent. I would only take from those who take from the innocent and the needy. Those who take from those who have not. Me and Robin Hood would have been mates. I would be fearsome and friendly, but don't get on my bad side...

I like pirates because they say what they mean. The usually wear their hearts on their sleeve and they deal with their problems as soon as possible. No holding anything in. They only use guns when absolutely necessary, preferring to use swords to solve their battles. They hold no misconceptions of the world and don't usually allow themselves to be deceived by fancy.

Pirates are true blue. If you are friends with a pirate and you are true, you will be friends for life. They will back you up even when you are wrong. And you will back them up. Pirates are dreamers and explorers who just want to enjoy life. They aren't afraid of hard work, but realize that work is not the purpose of life.

Pirates are prideful- probably their biggest downfall. But all they need is a good strong woman to show them how imperfect they are and they are soon back down to earth and humble.

A pirate doesn't let anything get him down. He always looks for the good in life and always tries to enjoy it. A good pirate honors his God and his woman, and is himself honorable and true. He can admit his fallacies and will change if he truly wants to be better.
